We will conduct a detailed assessment of your home's energy performance. SEAI provides a €350 grant towards this assessment.

Personalized Upgrade Plan

Based on the assessment, we will develop a tailored plan outlining recommended energy upgrades and associated costs.

Quote and Financing

You receive a detailed quote for the project and information on available financing options based on the assessment.

Grant Application

We will manage the application process for all relevant SEAI grants on you behalf, nothing for you do!

Contract Signing

You sign a contract outlining the scope of work, costs, and timelines.

Works Carried Out

We coordinate and oversee all installation works.

Quality Checks and Inspections

Quality checks throughout the process ensure compliance with SEAI standards.

Post-Upgrade BER Assessment

A post-works BER assessment certifies the improved energy rating of your home.

Grant Payment and Project Sign-off

The grant payment is processed, and the project is officially signed off upon completion.
