Home Energy Assessment (€350 Grant Available)

We will conduct a detailed assessment of your home's energy performance. SEAI provides a €350 grant towards this assessment.

Personalized Upgrade Plan

Based on the assessment, we will develop a tailored plan outlining recommended energy upgrades and associated costs.

Quote and Financing

“Avail of a Government backed low-cost loan as well as an SEAI grant to support your home energy upgrade. Borrow from €5,000 to €75,000 for a term of up to 10 years to fund upgrades such as attic and wall insulation, as well as supporting a complete home energy upgrade to a B2 rated home. The Home Energy Upgrade Loan Scheme is established and offered by the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI) and supported by the Government of Ireland.
